As part of this module, I was required to develop an SMTP mail server to the specifications set within the internet RFC821 standard created by IETF.

This module wasn't technically challenging to me as I am reasonably experienced working with Python however, this was my first experience being asked to work within such a standard to produce a product. I found it to be an interesting challenge as  I worked to understand how to properly understand and work from such technical documents. Once I had understood the standard and created a timeline of its implementation including all minutiae, I found the technical details to be simple to resolve. 

Overall, I performed well in this module and I'm glad I was able to gain the ability to work with technical standards as it would later prove invaluable in other modules.
